The Movie :
This is THE big release of the end of the year! Ridley Scott tells us the story of Moses played by Christian Bale. Raised as his brother, he defies Ramses who becomes the Egypt’s ruler played by Joel Edgerton (seen in “The Great Gatsby & “Animal Kingdom”). The movie just got released in the US (read the review here!) All of them were in Paris for the Press Conference ! (see also the exclusive movie Premiere Event here)

The Press Conference :
The team of the movie answered to journalists’ questions and revealed precious informations about the shooting while cracking some jokes! We learn that the movie was shot in huge sets while avoiding using green screen CGI technique. The movie is “rationalizing” the plagues by showing them concretly on screen, Ridley Scott had to make choices. He told us that he amused himself to watch National Geographic for inspiration. He wanted to make the scarier possible. But it is actually Christian Bale who got to scare him! When they started shooting the movie, Bale just finished filming “American Hustle” so he was a bit fat and totally bold! Which is of course at the opposite of Moses’ character! In short, there were great infos & amusing insights at this Press Conference !
